Jay is a native of western Pennsylvania and a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In 1978 he began his career in the HVAC industry with Honeywell, where he last served as the Pittsburgh Branch Construction Manager until 1987. Jay was an Area Vice President and Senior Vice President with the The Linc Corporation from 1987 to 1993. In 1993 Jay became President of National HVAC Service, where as an owner he was a 2001 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist for the Western Pennsylvania Region. Service logic acquired National HVAC Service in 2015 and Jay has continued in his capacity as President of the company.
Joseph is a native of Southeastern PA and a graduate of Greenville Technical College, Greenville SC with a degree in Industrial Technology Major in Climate Control. In 1985, he was employed by Comfort, Inc. as an HVAC Service Technician and was quickly promoted to Service Manager within six months following his employment. Promoted to General Manager in 1994, he managed the National HVAC Service Seaford, Delaware Office followed by a promotion to Regional Vice President in 1999 with expanded oversight responsibilities for National HVAC Service Offices in Delaware and Pennsylvania. In 2004, Joseph was promoted to Executive Vice President/COO.
Jeff Goodman began his HVACR career in 1990 where he worked twelve years as a residential field technician. Following a period of time working as a manufacturing facilities electrician, he joined National HVAC Service - Little Rock Office in 2004 performing as a Commercial HVACR Service Technician. He was quickly promoted to the position of Service Manager in 2005 and again promoted to Operations Manager shortly thereafter. In 2012, Jeff was chosen to lead the National HVAC Service Arkansas Operations as General Manager with oversight responsibilities of Little Rock, Hope and Springdale.
Patrick is a native of Pennsylvania where he attended St. Joseph University for business. In 1973, he joined Kelly HVAC New Castle, Delaware where he developed a successful service organization as a Partner working in both sales and management. In 1999, he joined National HVAC Service as the General Manager of the Wilmington, DE Office and currently holds a Master HVACR License in five mid-Atlantic states as well as a Master Plumbing License in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Patricks 43 years of industry knowledge and experience continues to provide leadership and steady growth for National HVAC Service.
Tom is a graduate of Luzerne County Community College and Lincoln Technical Institute. He joined National HVAC Service in November of 2000 as the Operations Manager and was promoted to General Manager in 2001. From 1980 to 2000 he successfully owned and operated his own HVACR business. Toms 36 years of industry knowledge and experience continues to provide leadership and steady growth for National HVAC Service.
Van has 24 years of HVACR industry experience joining National HVAC Service in 1999 as the Service Supervisor specializing in maintenance and repair of process chiller equipment and chilled-water systems. He has performed various management positions over the past 17 years including Service Manager and Operations Manager and was promoted to his current position of General Manager - Nashville in 2008. Van uses his technical and management experience to provide guidance, support and leadership to his National HVAC Service team members and clients.
James is a native of Northeast Mississippi and a graduate of Rust College with a Bachelor of Science in Education. In 1985, he was employed by Roy May Heating & Air Conditioning for a period of 10 years. He attended William R. Moore School of Technology in 1991 where he received his Certification of Completion in Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. In 1995, he was employed by National HVAC Service as a Project Development Specialist followed by a promotion to Service Coordinator in 2004. James was promoted to Service Manager in 2006 and again promoted to Operations Manager in 2008.
