Chad Smith

Chad joined National HVAC Service as a service technician in 2010, after a 12-year career working in his family’s residential heating and cooling business as a service technician.  He worked as a service technician for only 2 years before he was promoted to the Little Rock Branch Service Manager position in 2012 . 

In 2016 he was promoted to the Operations Manager of Arkansas.  In this position, he was responsible for the 3 locations in Arkansas and in 2022 a 4^th location was added via acquisition.  In 2025 he was promoted to the General Manager of National HVAC Service Arkansas.
