Jeff N. Goodman

Jeff Goodman joined National HVAC Service's Little Rock office in 2004. 

With extensive experience in both residential HVAC and as an electrician for several manufacturing facilities, Jeff was quickly promoted to Service Manager in 2005. Soon thereafter, he made the move to Operations Manager, and in 2012, assumed the role of General Manager for National HVAC Arkansas, overseeing offices in Little Rock, Hope, and Springdale. During his tenure as General Manager, National Arkansas tripled its revenue and grew its workforce to over sixty employees.

As of July 2025, Jeff began working as Regional Vice President, with responsibilities including oversight for Arkansas and West Tennessee, specifically the Memphis area.

Plans for future growth include expanding National’s footprint into southern Missouri and other locations in and around Arkansas.
