Robert D. Lehman III

President

Rob joined National HVAC Service as President at the start of 2021.  Prior to that, Rob was VP, Service for Maxair Mechanical in Atlanta, also a Service Logic company since 2017.  Rob originally joined Maxair as Service Manager in 2009.  He has spent his career in refrigeration and air conditioning, including roles as design engineer, product manager, engineering manager, operations manager, managing director, and vice president. Rob earned his mechanical engineering degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology and his MBA from Western Carolina University. He is a Professional Engineer and holds unlimited mechanical contractor licenses in multiple states.

 

Dee Stewart

human resource director/business partner

Dee earned her degree in Human Resources with a concentration in Employment Law from Pennsylvania State University.  She maintains certifications from both Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).  Dee has worked in all facets of human resources for more than 20 years, leading HR teams in a variety of industries.  She joined National HVAC Service in 2022 as an HR leader equipped to develop strategies and policies, provide guidance and support and staff development as we strive to become one of the best places to work in the HVAC industry.

Mic Framstad

Sales Director

Mic joined National HVAC Service in 2021 as the Maintenance Sales Manager and was promoted to Director of Sales in 2022. He spent the first 24 years of his career in the greater Seattle market, serving in a variety of sales roles and relocated to the Nashville area in 2015.  Prior to joining the National team, Mic started up an HVAC service branch in Nashville.  In four years, he took this startup to nearly $4M in revenue and firmly established the branch as a strong and reliable mechanical service contractor.  Prior to embarking on his career in HVAC, Mic served 8 active duty years in the US Navy, with multiple tours overseas, and finished his military career serving another 13 years in the National Guard, before retiring honorably and entering the Ready Reserves.

Jeff N. Goodman

General Manager - Arkansas

Jeff Goodman began his HVACR career in 1990 where he worked twelve years as a residential field technician. Following a period of time working as a manufacturing facilities electrician, he joined National HVAC Service - Little Rock Office in 2004 performing as a Commercial HVACR Service Technician. He was quickly promoted to the position of Service Manager in 2005 and again promoted to Operations Manager shortly thereafter. In 2012, Jeff was chosen to lead the National HVAC Service Arkansas Operations as General Manager with oversight responsibilities of Little Rock, Hope and Springdale.

Bill Messick

General Manager - seaford, DE

Bill began his HVAC career in the mid-1980s working with a contractor in the coastal regions of Delmarva, initially as a service technician and subsequently advancing to operations manager. After several years in this role, he began a seven-year period with National HVAC Service as operations manager. Bill then moved into sales in the building automation segment of the industry with a controls manufacturer in California where he spent 19 years. During this time, he rose from regional sales manager to Vice President of Sales. In 2019, Bill was contacted regarding the role of General Manager of National HVAC Service and now has returned to his roots in the contractor segment of the industry. Currently Bill works with a team of professionals at National to provide quality HVAC and trade services to the Delmarva region.

Nathan Dixon

General Manager - Memphis

Nathan is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Managerial Finance. Nathan joined National HVAC in 2020 as the General Manager for the Memphis Office. He started his career in the industry as a controls technician with Johnson Controls and has since held increasing roles of responsibility in sales, operations, and management with Johnson Controls, Sibley Solutions, and Trane. Nathan holds mechanical licenses in Tennessee and Mississippi as well as the Journeyman Certification from the International Code Council. Nathan is a member of IFMA and Rotary. Nathan’s well-rounded experience and leadership will provide continued growth in the Memphis market.
